"Justin has helped me go from having limited motion, to being performance ready in one session. He has the ability to see and treat not only a client's main body issue/complaint, but also underlying body issues that can be addressed to fix the problem and encourage the longevity of a pain free body. Having been a dancer himself, he's familiar with the workings of the body from first hand experience. He's great at working with dancers and movement professionals, but I would recommend him to any one who wants to feel better in their body."

"Justin is an incredible healer on so many levels. His vast knowledge of the physical body and Eastern philosophies meld in a way that rebalances my body like no other treatments I have experienced. I always leave his sessions with a greater understanding of my own body and feeling adjusted and healed. Justin kept me healthy and dancing during some of the most challenging performances of my career and is the first person I think to call when I need a tune-up or a major adjustment."

"Justin is so knowledgeable in so many different areas; it creates a unique experience of learning and healing. I always walk out of his office feeling more calm, centered and all around happier. He is always able to see the bigger picture of what might be happening in your body and what is causing the pain. This skill sets you up for longer maintenance of taking care of major injuries and smaller aches and pains."

"Justin is amazing! What a generous, intuitive, informed and experienced healer he is. He has tremendous depth of body knowledge, coupled with a curiosity about each individual. He consistently relieved my neck pain, back spasms, even cramps. I am only sorry he's no longer in my neck of the woods-- San Diego is blessed to have him."

"Justin is an incredible healer! His deep understanding of the body has helped me through a number of dance injuries both in an emergency pre (or post) performance situation, as well as long term maintenance and injury prevention therapy. He had helped me find the root of chronic hip pain I have endured for years and given me tools I use daily in class and rehearsals to correct the problem. The caring work environment he creates is unparalleled- he has an amazing ability to find and relieve sources of muscular and emotional tension with every session. I HIGHLY recommend him to dancers and non-dancers alike!"

“Justin has not only helped me relieve immediate pain, but also addressed the root cause of my issues. As a dancer himself, he has been wonderful at finding the imbalances in my body and technique causing my chronic pain. After each visit with him I have a better understanding of how to maintain a pain-free body so that I can dance my fullest. No other treatment I’ve tried (physical therapy, massage, etc.) has given me the insight to make long-term, lasting improvements to my dancing and body. He’s the best!”

"Justin’s varied techniques and dedication to his work have helped me with both acute and chronic pain caused by dance injuries. Thanks to his talents with acupuncture and kinesiology I was able to perform without any pain only three weeks after having one of my ribs broken during rehearsal. I’m so thankful for Justin’s care and true effort to make me feel better! I could not recommend someone I trust more."

"I have been injured many times during my career and learned a lot with each recovery. I invest deeply into exercising, taking extra care of my joints and muscles, and my health over all. Justin has opened my eyes to a whole new outlook of being in tune with my body, and that was a great experience. He has helped me understand how different muscles can become overworked and cause pain by taking over for other muscles that have to be reactivated. This was a new concept for me. With his knowledge and experience he could fix problems in a couple of minutes so that I could have full range of motion and no more pain. I have been having pain in my back for 3 years and having Justin treat it with Neurokinetic Therapy has made a huge difference, more so than when I had it treated before. I certainly hope I will have the opportunity to work with him in the future."

"Before seeing Justin Flores I was suffering from such severe pain that I often couldn't walk. Choreographing was almost impossible and I had to turn down numerous jobs due to my condition. Within one session Justin had me moving again and after two more appointments I was dancing. After being in pain for six months it was an enormous relief to realize that I could continue doing what I love. He turned my condition around and the results were incredible. His high level of expertise is equaled only by his caring and reassuring nature."

"Justin has been the biggest help with not only healing any chronic pain I have been dealing with, but educating me on what the source of the pain is. Every time I leave a session with Justin my mind is at ease and my pain is gone. He truly understands the demands that dance places on the body. His knowledge has helped me become smarter in how I handle and manage pain on a daily basis. His sessions have been the biggest aid before a performance, and crucial for my post performance recovery. As artists, our body is our instrument and I trust Justin fully to always provide the best care."

"Justin is a miracle worker. His knowledge of how the body’s deep intrinsic systems work allows him to see the root problem, treat the body successfully, and send you off with ways to continue your rehabilitation. In one instance, I had months of acupuncture, chiropractic work, massage therapy, and physical therapy in an effort to fix my hip and back pain. I finally met with Justin once, and was healed. I cannot recommend him more to everyone."

"I used to be very anxious about dry needling and acupuncture, and in the past I had several sessions that left me wondering the true purpose behind the practice. Justin changed my perception of acupuncture, and his work became very clear to me. He knows exactly where to find the underlying cause of strained muscles, and he evaluates and restores the areas of the body that are compensating. Every time I leave I feel refreshed, balanced, and with more range of motion than before. Having been a professional dancer himself, I trust him more than any chiropractor or physical therapist. His gentle, yet effective approach keeps me coming back to a practice I used to be terrified of. "

"Justin possesses remarkable healing abilities and a profound understanding of his craft, particularly in the realm of dancer physiology and needs. Following a challenging journey recovering from a severe ankle injury, Justin's expertise enabled me to pinpoint the underlying obstacles impeding my healing progress. Through his skillful analysis, he identified subtle disruptions in my muscle pathways and promptly facilitated improvements in my range of motion and muscular control. I consider myself fortunate to have Justin as an invaluable asset in my injury rehabilitation journey. Each session with him leaves me noticeably rejuvenated, consistently exceeding my expectations. As dancers, our bodies serve as our instruments, and having such a reliable ally to support my recovery is truly a blessing."
